At Casa Ritmo, the member practices asanas (postures) that develops flexibility and strength. Our classes focus on asanas which encourage correct alignment, balance and lengthening of the body. We also offer gentle yoga which is suitable for beginners, pregnancy or individuals with certain health conditions.
