Meet the Owner:

             Michelle Melville

Originally from California, Michelle moved to San Antonio in 2010. From dance to fitness, Michelle has been involved in the health and wellness field for over ten years.

In 2004 Michelle opened a Pole Fitness studio in San Diego CA were she trained women of all sizes and fitness levels to find a new way to tone up and lean out. 


She obtained her Personal Training Certification, Yoga Flow, Pilates, Group X and Health Coaching through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). 


It is because she has so many different areas of expertise that she is able to develop comprehensive and challenging workout routines and meal plans for each of her clients.


 






Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, are frustrated and have hit a plateau, or you want to take your health and fitness to the next level Casa Ritmo and her staff will work with you to reach your goals.


​Through customized strength-training and cardio programs, combined with personalized meal plans, clients will achieve fat-loss, gain lean muscle and improve their overall fitness. Michelle works closely with her clients to develop programs that are realistic for their goals and that will complement their lifestyle.

All of our instructors come from a variety of dance, wellness and martial arts backgrounds, insuring proper training and experience needed to deliver fun and exciting classes to you every day!

Due to peoples overwhelming schedules and lack of personal time, Casa Ritmo offers a variety of classes six days a week to fit your schedule. From Zumba to Pole Fitness, there are different classes to satisfy your health and wellness needs. Energized instructors will lead you through a great workout and applaud your achievements along the way. If you aren't sure about committing, Casa Ritmo offers an $5 drop-in fee to check out a class to see if a class is to your liking.
