Zumba®: Hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Prerequisite: All fitness levels welcome.


​​​​Strong by Zumba™: Are you not a dancer? Well your in luck, Zumba®​ created a workout just for you.. Strong by Zumba™ combines high intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of Synced Music Motivation. In every class, music and moves sync in a way that pushes you past your limit for reach maximum fitness. This class will push you to the next level! Bring lifting gloves if you have any (but not necessary) and a mat for Abs.. If you don't have a mat, don't fret we have some you can borrow. 




Pole Fitness: Become stronger by doing your workout with a pole! Pole Fitness is the most fun you can have while building your confidence, strength, flexibility and self-esteem.  It’s a workout that you will enjoy! We target muscle areas through bands by standing and sitting exercises and when you are ready we bring it up a notch and use the pole to gain vertical strength.. You will definitely feel this fitness class the next day!


  


Toning: Legs become leaner, butt firmer, abs stronger and your shoulders, arms and chest become defined. Toning classes will help create muscles that are toned and lengthened, not big and bulky. We target muscle groups by using a combination of  floor, chair and standing exercises. This exercise will burn away fat and keeps you feeling challenged throughout its workout.
